Mission Statement

The purpose and mission of Delta Center, Inc., is to promote, encourage, foster and engage exclusively in charitable activities and to provide community-based rehabilitation and treatment services to the physically and mentally impaired citizens of Alexander County, Illinois, and any other designated Illinois service area. Also, further engage in scientific, literary educational and charitable activities relating to the promotion and conservation of the health of the people of the greater Pulaski – Alexander Counties, Illinois, area, and specifically reduce or eradicate the adverse effects of mental illness, alcohol and abuse of drugs and other substances regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, culture, religion, disability, age, or sexual preference in said area.

Delta Center serves residents of Alexander and Pulaski counties and is staffed by trained professionals.  Informational/educational programs are provided to civic groups, schools business ect.  All contacts and information are confidential.

Delta Center Inc. is CARF accredited. CARF is a national accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value and optimal outcomes of services through a process that centers on enhancing the lives of persons served. Delta Center Inc. has received a three-year accreditation, the highest outcome possible. This means that Delta Center satisfies each of the CARF accreditation conditions and demonstrates substantial conformance to the standards.
